Here Luke's Asphalt had done an asphalt install in New Braunfels for this client years ago... The Homeowner Misty reached out to Luke's Asphalt again for a seal coat on her existing pavement and a new pad in the back of her property. Becasue they were in need of a new pickle ball court.
This was a 1-day asphalt project in New Braunfels, Tx. In this project, we efficiently installed a 4-5 inch limestone base material, compacting it in 2-inch lifts for optimal density and minimized settling over time. Following the base installation, we applied a 2.5-inch layer of hot mix asphalt, ensuring thorough compaction. Taking advantage of favorable weather conditions and our proximity to the asphalt supply in New Braunfels, we successfully prepped and paved the entire project in one day
Once the new asphaltt install in New Braunfels was complete we no longer needed to access the existing driveway. We were able to add a seal coat to the previously paved driveway we had installed without the risk of scuffing the new surface. It's recomendded to sealcoat your new asphalt 8-12 months after installation.
